Words cannot express the level of anger and helplessness I feel toward Can-Do-Handyman, operated by GRAGE DEESE. In August of 2014, I purchased a treadmill from a reputable company and paid an additional $300 for “White Glove Service.” Upon delivery, two men who looked extremely unprofessional, showed up in a beat up pick-up truck with my almost 500 lb treadmill. They took the fitness equipment out of the box in my front lawn and literally dropped and drug it across my hardwood floors in both the entry way and hallway leading to the spare bedroom. Upon initial contact, Mr. Deese assured me he would fix my floors without a problem. He asked me to get two estimates from floor installation companies and fax them to the claims department, which I did (estimates ranged from $4,600-6,365). Needless to say, I had an intuition that Mr. Deese was not going to show up on the scheduled installation day so I called and left several messages for him on his work cell phone. After four unreturned voicemails and one unreturned email, Mr. Deese blocked my phone number from both his cell phone and office phone. I strongly urge you not to use Can Do Handyman, owned and operated by Grage Deese. This company is fraudulent, negligent and unprofessional.
