DO NOT USE LONG TOWING LLC ! AS SOON AS THEY HOOK YOUR CAR UP THEY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND RESPECTFUL. PAID $175 FOR A MILE TOW AND GUY REFUSED TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN MY DRIVEWAY. IVE HAD MANY TOWS PLACED IN DRIVE WITH NO ISSUES. POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED I WILL PUSH MY VEHICLE ON A HOT DAY WITH NO SHOES BEFORE I ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH ANOTHER VEHICLE OF MINE

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Both of the representatives that I spoke to were rude and their tow truck drivers damaged my vehicle. When K asked for insurance information to file a claim, they told me it wasn't going to happen. I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle towed by this company because not only will they screw you out of your money, but will also screw you for your insurance claim

Neither your tow truck status nor the Philippians scripture quoted in the back glass allows for your driver to be blowing through stop signs, passing in turn lanes, and speeding along FM roads. Harris county should really rethink their affiliation with a company that employs driver who perform with so little regard to traffic law or safety.

HORRIBLE!!! I had my car towed to Long's Custom shop, 'Custom Auto Collision' and they rip you off!! They charge me $350 just to get it there and pretended that he had no affiliation with the tow company! The shop manager is the tow company owner!! LIARS and worst of all claiming to be Christian! DO Not Go here! Trust me! Paid nearly 500 bucks by the time it was off their lot and they literally never even touched the car.

I had my camaro towed by these guys there service was great! Not only did they come quick but they gave me a great deal, also there towing truck was soo clean I was exspecting it to be stinky and dirty. I would definitely recommend them to any one!

I'm visiting my relative at Breckenridge apts . my relatives said it be ok to park by fence. Didn't think there was an issue seeing how we stayed here about 3 months ago and parked at fence never had a problem. I drove all night from Arkansas got in late came back out to get clothes out and cat food and my white with black clothe top grand marque with disable tags was gone. Didn't have chance to even unload car. It takes a really low life to tow a disable old person car. At least extend courtesy note saying please move car to visitor parking within 24 hrs. I'm not rich and can't afford tow fees. Then if that wasn't enough I've tried calling this place at equal and no answer. If your able to take vehicles at this late then answer your phone. I have my extra oxygen tanks in car.if I die these people killed me

Never call this Service .had a terrible experience with this company .was stranded and my car had broke down this company was called and they would not just tow me to side of ride to get out of street ..They bribed me for every penny I had over 145 dollars I explained to them I'm a striving working mom ...they did not care only threatened to impound my car along with Harris county two officers also that allowed this they purposely bribed me by threatening me if I did not give them my last money which was 145 they would impound my car ..and then would only tow my car two blocks ...pathetic that there are people and some police in this world that will allow this bribery for money especially taking advantage of a mom working for her children it makes me very sad that there are bad people like this in the world that will take your last money when you don't haven't seen money and not even care that they are doing this ...simply sad ....they could have towed my car to the side of road or to the gas station which was. Very close instead they threatened me and bribed me for my little money that was for my family ....😢😱😡I know God was watching ....Hopefully these people involved never have a problem or their family wife etc never have this problem and are taken advantage of the way these scumbags did to me ....and the two officers that allowed and did nothing well I'm praying for them too...so sad we live in this world with thieves and scammers and bad people ...🙏more bad reviews
