I had a horrible experience with my computer 2 weeks ago. It had a black and blue screen and crashed. I immediately panicked and did some research. I contacted NetStf right away. They had told me to drop it off that day and spent time fixing it. They had to replace a serious part and somehow manged to get back all my files, info, pictures, mp3 files, etc. I was so grateful for his work They are professional and knowledgeable. I felt like my computer was in good hands when I dropped it off and I was right. Thank you . Everything has been running smooth now :) I appreciate their help.
