Ok let me start with the fact it took me some time to even find this company online I bought a home from these flippers in 2017 Since purchasing a home that was completely renovated and updated, I have had to invest another 30000 into this home making a safe home to live in. I had to replace the roof on the screened in porch that was leaking. A french drain was put in the backyard to keep the flood water from running into the walls of the basement. The basement was spray painted all white when we moved in After a few months and water seeping through the grout of the block walls, every line between blocks were clearly visible due to the dark staining. The paint was so cheap and the surface never cleaned so the paint flakes off at the slightest touch. To make all of that worse when we waterproofed the basement ,they found black mold. Big surprise The worst was that the new granite counter was installed over the old laundry chute and the floor sags under the weight of it .So much so that the facing beadboard under the counter bows under the reduced height between floor and counter. The whole thing is poorly supported. Due to the sagging, the ceramic tile in the kitchen area (poorly installed and unsealed) separates from each tile and the grout is loose and cracks. They paid like 39,000 for this house and they sold it to me for 190,000 then I put in another 30,000 on top of that. I have no issue with people turning over old houses and making improvements to make money, but do the work correctly. This company is not a trustworthy company .I urge anyone who looks at the house they redo their your own inspection of the house. Beware of basements freshly painted I also forgot to mention the wall cabinet in the kitchen that was held up by drywall screws without ever hitting one stud
