I waited 3 weeks for a quote and to have work performed. After the first unsuccessful repair they kept promising to return and make the necessary repair but didn't show. They twice lied and said they had stopped by but they didn't. I was told by the office staff that Jerry and Lee would both be at my house to repair my unit and give a quote for a new one which I had previously told them on 2 occasions that I wanted. They never showed up. I waited at home 3 different days for a scheduled apt but again they didn't show up. I talked to Jerry on his cell phone 3 times and he said he would get back with me but didn't. I recommend this company close their doors and customers call anyone else for service.
