A Good honesty owner of an auto repair shop, with knowledgable and capable repair group. I would take may car there every time, if I lived in Sevierville, TN. Though the shop is small in size, they are BIG on effort and honest knowledgable workmanship, at a resonable rate. I was from out of town (central Indiana), on my way to Darlington SC on an early Friday morning. My car needed repairs due to a bad missing out in the electrical system. The 5 Star group, correctly diagnosed the problem, fit me into their schedule, understand my situation, and had me back on the road by Noon that day. This allowed me to make it to my destination on time and have the good time I had planned for the weekend. The repair was all done for an honesty and fair labor rate and total cost. I was not taken advantage of due to my situation, 5 Star treated me fair and took good care of me. I can not say enogh good things or thanks enough times, to 5 Star for their efforts and treatment of me. If I am every through Sevierville, TN again I will stop in and thank them again and by then lunch. Charles A.
