Horrible company to work with. Not only is one of their workers, Milton, extremely rude in general, but the business owner, Alby, is the rudest person I've ever worked with. We have used their services at our property management company for years and require a valid business license and insurance on file to pay them, just like with all of our vendors. Their work in general has been decent, but nothing to write home about. For some reason, my many requests for updated insurance information over the past few weeks have gone completely ignored. This morning Milton called me demanding I cut him a check immediately for work performed a couple weeks ago. I calmly explained that I could cut a check as soon as their outdated information was provided and he agreed. Just a few minutes later I received a call from Alby where he was literally screaming at me that unless I cut a check immediately they would close out our account with them. I remained calm and tried to re-explain what I needed in order to cut the check, and he hung up on me. It makes me think that they are a pretty shady business that is no longer keeping up with their insurance. Regardless, the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Our company will never work with them again at this point and I will never recommend them to anyone. Beware working with them.

I am very satisfied with their work. They have a very skillful group of individuals that were able to help with all my questions. Their products are some of the best I have seen, and great price as well. I recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.

After calling around and getting only answering services on a Sunday They answered the phone and was able to repair my broken spring in no time and no up-charge for being Sunday! Recommend them anytime!
